Talapia Deep Fry Hong Kong Style

Hi..ari nih masak chineese style jom..
1 ekor ikan Talapia
5 ulas bwg putih sebesar ibu jari ( dicincang halus)
1 inci halia (di hiris nipis)
10 bji cili api (dipotong)
1 sudu fish stok
2 sudu sos tiram
2 sudu kicap cair
air secukupnye...

Cara2:
basuh bersih ikan,kemudian salutkan dgn sedikit tpung jagung..goreng scra deep fry..angkat & toskan..
tumis bwag putih halia & cili api..msukkan sos tiram,fish stok kicap cair & air..kacau shingga msak,.msuk gula & perasa..garam xprlu..sbb fish stok & kicap cair mmg dh masin..=)
tuang ke atas ikan..siap..(^_^)
