Cara-cara :<br />

panaskan minyak..tumis bhan kisar bersama cili giling & kiub tomyam sehingga pecah minyak..msukkan air perahan limau, gram gula & perasa..biarkan sehingga msak..ikan di bersihkan dh diletakkan di atas daun pisang..tuang pes ke atas ikan dh taburkan petai serta sedikit daun ketumbar..ttp ikan dgn aluminium foil..bakar di atas pan @ msuk ke dlm oven selama 20~30mnit pada suhu 150 ~ 180 djh celcius..dh siap...selamat mncuba!!<br />
